Dr Adam Jeffrey grew up on the Gold Coast before attending to the University of Queensland Vet School, graduating in 2006. Dr Adam spent the following 8 years working in small animal clinical practice- both locally and overseas- before returning to the Gold Coast in 2014 to pursue his special interest in small animal surgery.
Dr Adam achieved Membership in Small Animal Surgery through the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Surgeons in 2014. Since then, Dr. Jeffrey has built a distinguished career as a roving orthopaedic and soft tissue surgeon across the Gold Coast and Brisbane region. Over the years, he has treated more than 1000 patients, earning a reputation for his compassionate approach and surgical expertise.
Dr. Jeffrey’s commitment to advancing veterinary care extends beyond his clinical work. He is actively engaged in continuing education, regularly participating in workshops, seminars, and conferences to stay at the cutting edge of veterinary orthopaedics. His dedication to professional growth ensures that his practice remains at the forefront of the field.
Through his experience and skillset, Dr. Adam Jeffrey is a respected figure amongst the Veterinary community of the Gold Coast and is very excited to be a part of the foundation team at Coastal Veterinary Hospital.
Outside of work, and between responsibilities of parenthood of both human and canine form- Dr Adam is a keen surfer.
