Special thanks Dr Adam and all the amazing vets, nurses and admin team for looking after our special girl Macey when she did her crucial ligament in March of this year. A veterinarian practice which goes beyond and above for our furry babies.

I cannot thank Dr Adam and Dr Liz at Coastal Vets enough for what they did for my beautiful girl, Poppy, last week. They quite literally saved her life, and I will be forever grateful.

Poppy was diagnosed with GDV (gastric dilatation-volvulus), a life-threatening emergency, and I was suddenly faced with the terrifying possibility of losing her.

What happened next showed me the true meaning of dedication, compassion and going above and beyond. Both Dr Adam and Dr Liz cancelled their afternoon consultations to take over Poppy's care and perform the emergency, life-saving surgery she desperately needed. They put everything aside to give my girl a fighting chance, and I will never forget that.

During one of the most frightening and emotional experiences of my life, their professionalism, skill and genuine care meant the absolute world to me. They didn't just treat a patient; they helped save a member of my family.

Poppy then required ongoing specialist monitoring at SASH, and I am so incredibly grateful that she is still here with me, recovering, because of the decisions made and the care she received that day.

To Dr Adam and Dr Liz, and to the whole team of nurses and support staff - from the bottom of my heart, thank you. There are no words big enough to express my gratitude for what you did for Poppy and for me.

If you are looking for a veterinary practice with outstanding vets who genuinely care and are willing to go above and beyond when it matters most, I cannot recommend Coastal Vets highly enough.

Dr Adam and Dr Liz, you are both absolute angels. Thank you for saving my girl. ❤️

We recently brought our elderly cat (Fouffie) to Coastal Veterinary Hospital after becoming increasingly concerned about his pain and mobility. We saw Dr Liz, and I honestly could not have been more impressed.

She was thorough, observant and genuinely curious about what was going on rather than simply treating the obvious symptoms. She took the time to watch him walk, examined him carefully, ran the appropriate tests and explained what she was looking for and what we could expect from the treatment.

Just as importantly, she was wonderful with him. There was a gentleness and confidence in the way she handled him that immediately made us feel he was in very good hands.

A few days after starting his new medication, the difference has been remarkable. Our previously withdrawn old boy is out and about again, grooming himself, jumping up onto things, relaxing around the house and generally behaving like a much happier cat.

We have an enormous amount of confidence in Dr Liz and only wish we had discovered her and Coastal Veterinary Hospital sooner. We would not hesitate to bring any of our animals to her in the future.

First class facility and professional, helpful attention received from all staff. Only our second consultation but thoroughly impressed.
